About Face Bath & Beauty Boutique opened its doors in October 2003 in downtown Anchorage, Alaska, becoming the first true lifestyle boutique to offer such a wide range of luxury products. We were voted America's #1 Best New Beauty Boutique by Lucky Magazine in their January 2004 issue.
Local owners Leeann and Shane Taylor travel the world to find the best products available for our valued customers, focusing on products that currently aren't available in Alaska.
Although we began with only 20 different brands, principally bath, body, and skin care products, we have continually grown, bringing in bath linens, luxury robes, comfortable, sexy loungewear, and some of the world's finest lingerie. We now have over 75 brands for you to experience.
We'd like to thank all of our valued and loyal customers for your support. Without you, the overwhelming success and growth of About Face would not have been possible. On Friday, March 7th, 2008 About Face opened its second store in South Anchorage to bring our great products closer to customers on the south side. If you have yet to visit us, we invite you to come meet our knowledgeable staff and experience both of our unique boutiques.
SoNo Location
Our original store is located in the heart of the SoNo District, centered at the intersection of 7th Avenue and D Street in downtown Anchorage, Alaska as shown on the map at right. SoNo, short for South of Nordstrom, is Anchorage's premier downtown shopping destination, and the first of three new downtown districts, joined by the G Street Arts District and the Convention Center District. South Anchorage Location
Our South Anchorage store opened in March 2008 and is located at the corner of Dimond and Old Seward, beside Starbucks in the Southgate Shopping Center as shown on the map at left. We're excited about this great location for its convenience, free parking, and accessibility for our customers in South Anchorage.
