Provence Santé

The story of Provence Santé begins about fifteen years ago with a display set on trestles on the shaded side of lively little squares of typical Provence villages.

Everything Nature has to offer man in the way of blessings in Provence was gathered on those trestles : her exceptional scents - multiple and unique - as well as her flavors, so specific, rich and refined, which alone and of themselves typify a whole art of living (“art de vivre”).

Here perhaps, more than anywhere else, the relation between Man and Nature has always been particularly close and harmonious, creating a strong and fruitful balance which hasn’t ceased to grow in the course of History.

This relation is constant, all-pervading and so intense that today the name Provence Santé alone radiates such power that it is readily synonymous with Nature. Whenever mentioned, it brings to mind the potent images of sometimes hostile landscapes, always associated with a multitude of scents, flavors and colors.
